Brittany Woods is amongst the older neighborhoods of Raleigh and the work here first started way back in 1983. And because of the early beginning Brittany woods also got the advantage of an excellent location. The homes in Brittany woods are well suited for single families and couples. The structures are excellently laid and the designs are very fresh and different. And while talking of its location I just forgot to mention that Brittany Woods is located just a few minute drive away from Triangle Park, Shopping Centers in Raleigh and the main city itself.
One thing is sure at Brittany Park, you’ll never get bored here. You can just walk up to Lake Lynn Park, Shopping Mall and the Raleigh Grand Theater. There are a total of 333 homesites in Brittany Park and the entire neighborhood is full of wooded lots. The minimum site size here is 0.11 acre and the maximum is close to 0.2 acre. The streets often end in Cul-de-Sacs, giving the neighborhood true small town’s feel. There also a swimming pool and tennis court in the clubhouse for the residents of Brittany Park.
Raleigh City administration takes care of Water and Sewer systems of the neighborhood. Gas is provided by PropaneNat and Cable Connection is provided by Time-Warner. Brittany Park also has its own HOA and it collects $276 annually as dues towards maintenance of the common areas and clubhouse. Some of the schools close by to Brittany Park are York Elementary School, Leesville Junior School, Leesville Middle School and Leesville High School.
To reach Brittany Park you’ll have to reach HWY70 first through I440. When you reach Crabtree Mall, take the road towards Creedmoor. Then take a left turn on Lynn Rd and right turn on Leesville Rd. After that take a left turn on Glendower Rd and it’ll take you straight into Brittany woods.
