If convenience is the topmost priority for you then there’s probably only one neighborhood where you’ll find it, at Stonebridge. Restaurants, Pubs, retail stores, grocery stores, medical center and even a Harry Teeter (proposed) at just a stone’s throw distance and with major interstate highways just a few minutes away, what else can one ask for from a neighborhood. And above all, easy access to I40 and US1 means that RTP, Airport, Cary Town Center and even all the shopping centers and malls in the triangle area are just a few minute drive away.
Stonebridge is also one the very few neighborhoods in Raleigh that have on offer not just single family homes but also townhomes. The covered space inside the house varies anywhere between 2250 sq ft and 3850 sq ft. The price accordingly varies between $300,000 and $500,000. The interior design of the houses at Stonebridge simply stated is, unmatchable. Such immaculate finishing and use of the finest material is rarely seen in any of the neighborhoods in Raleigh. Tiled bathrooms walls, granite countertops and maple cabinetry, wood flooring, hardiplank, attractive exterior finishing in brick and stone and shake finishes everywhere are just a few of the things that come with a house in Stonebridge. Apart from that there are several designs and plans to choose from and undoubtedly you’ll find your dream home in one of the floor plans.
With miles of jogging trails, tree lined streets and exceptionally well managed underground utilities, you’ll never have to bother about your health. With several schools close by Southbridge is an excellent place to live in if you happen to have kids at home.
Reaching Stonebridge is really easy. Once you are on I40, go on to US1 south and then take the Ten-Ten Rd exit. Keep driving towards east till you see the Kildaire farm Road signal and then take a right turn towards the it and then the left turn into Southbridge.
