Bryarton Village

Byrarton VillageBryarton Village is one of the finest neighborhoods in Raleigh with some of the best fittings available in the market while still maintaining a small town feel. Location has never been a problem with Bryarton Village and now it has become all the more desirable with Crossroads Shopping Plaza being located closeby.

Bryarton Village HouseThere are in all 110 homesites in Bryarton Village and the houses start from early $200,000. Some of the schools close by to Bryarton Village are Athens Drive High School, Dillard Drive Middle School and Swift Creek Elementary School. There are also several private schools for those who want to give their children the extra edge.

The builder team of Bryarton is very experienced and has several beautiful homes to their name. And I must admit that builder cum developer, Bill Clark Homes of Raleigh has done more than just a fine job. The houses are spacious and have 9ft high ceilings all around. The kitchen cabinets are made of Oak wood. There’s also a community pool and club area.
Electricity in Bryarton Village is supplied by Progress Energy, Telephone services by Bell South, Cable TV connection is provided by Time Warner and the sewer and water is taken care of by the city Administration of Raleigh.

TByrarton Village - Raleigh, NChe HOA collects a measly $100 per annum towards maintenance of the parks, clubhouse, street lights and just about everything that is in common. In fact if the need be they will even clean your gutters. This is the level of convenience that you can expect when you buy a house in Bryarton Village. Will you get this anywhere else in Raleigh?

When you are living at Bryarton Village you are never too far away from anywhere. Be it North Carolina State University or Western Wake Medical Center or Crossroads Shopping Center or Nature Trails and several recreational facilities close by, they all fall within just 3-4 miles from Bryarton Village. I don’t think there could be any better location if you have to travel frequently to Triangle Area.

Reaching Bryarton Village is really easy. From I440 take the J. Franklin Rd exit and then take a left onto J.  Franklin Rd. Then after travelling for about a couple of miles you’ll have to take a left turn towards Tyron Rd and then another left towards Yates Mill Pond Rd. which will take you straight to the entrance of Bryarton Village.
