Enchanted Oaks is place could well turn out to be a goldmine for you because of its location and bang for the buck. Enchanted Oak covers several streets and the oldest construction; mainly homes from the 1980’s are located off on Penny Road. These are mostly traditional but wooded and larger houses. This is one of the nicer and the least expensive section of Enchanted Oaks.
A few of the houses in Enchanted Oaks are off of Wheeler Road. These are the homes which were built somewhere in the 1990’s and although newer in construction, they don’t have the appeal which the older houses off of Penny Rd. Some of the houses in Enchanted Oaks are located off of Blue sage drive which connects Penny Rd with Lake Wheeler rd.
There are several new houses available for sale on the extended Lake Wheeler Road. These houses look good and are a tad bit more expensive than the rest of the houses. In fact there is new construction going on off of Birchleaf drive but if any of them are still up for sale is still doubtful.
Enchanted Oaks is the right community for you if you like to live in a luxurious home with lots wooded area and privacy. Although most the area surrounding Enchanted Oaks is still more or less rural, it still appeals to most of the residents because that is what the true country side style of living is. But it is not that you are away from all of the amenities of the city. At Enchanted Oaks you are never too far off from good dining places and shopping centers of Raleigh.
And the best part about staying in Enchanted Oaks is the fact that you will never have to pay any taxes because it is still in the unincorporated areas of Wake County. The water here is supplied through the bore-wells and in place of a sewer system there is a community septic tank.
